@Nono, Philippines reports are a bit confusing as they have many different channels of reporting COVID-19 numbers and these numbers are different. Until now we have always used the daily Bulletin numbers (released ~17:00hrs CET on facebook) as these are the same numbers as shown on the international COVID-website of the WHO.
