Today Japan reports a big recalculation of tests done. Their explanation is that Tokyo had been publishing test numbers, excluding the diagnosis by medical institutions. This backlog has now been included in the total for Japan and leads to an increase of over 45,000 persons tested today. source: www.mhlw.go.jp
